Congress to Give $25 Million to Hispanic Hate Group

hanks to Congress, the openly racist National Council of Raza that operates federally-funded programs aimed at Hispanics is slated to receive as much as $25 million from American taxpayers.

The money is authorized by the FHA Housing Stabilization and Homeownership Retention Act of 2008 (H.R. 5830), sponsored by radical left-wing homosexual Rep. Barney Frank, D-MA.

La Raza operates what it calls the "Raza Development Fund" which the group says on its Web site was created "to provide flexible but high-quality loans, along with technical assistance, to entities that provide services and opportunities to low-income Latino families, a mission that is consistent with and complementary to the mission of NCLR."

La Raza says its mission is to "serve all Hispanic subgroups" and "improve opportunities for Hispanic Americans."

Rep. Frank is a long-time opponent of Middle American customs and values who supports increased mass immigration and opposes efforts to protect America's southwest border against penetration by illegal aliens. In 1990, the House of Representatives reprimanded Frank for letting a male prostitute whom he had hired for sex operate an illegal homosexual escort service out of his house on Capitol Hill.  Despite the illegal activity, Frank was not arrested.

Frank intends to let La Raza have $5 million of taxpayers' money in 2008, and an additional $10 million delivered in each of the next two years. Under the language of the legislation, the money can be spent on any "activites as may be determined by the Secretary [of Housing and Urban Development] and the Raza Development Fund."

La Raza enjoys considerable support from America's political and commercial elites despite its support of radical anti-American activity.  In 1994, La Raza gave its "Chicano Hero Award" to the anti-American Prof. Jose Angel Gutierrez of the University of Texas.  He was a founder of the anti-white hate group, the Mexican American Youth Organization (MAYO), and past president of the Raza Unida Party.  In a speech to MAYO, Gutierrez called for killing whites.  "We have got to eliminate the gringo," he said, "and what I mean by that is that if the worst comes to worst, we have got to kill him."
