FDA Gets Racial Consciousness

To the Food and Drug Administration, blacks are more valuable than whites. The FDA is seriously considering a ban on menthol cigarettes because black people, according to the FDA's Tobacco Products Scientific Advisory Committee, are four times more likely to smoke them than white people. And the FDA sure doesn't want to see black people get sick from smoking. So what about whites who smoke non-menthol cigarettes? Hey, they'e just white people, you don't expect the FDA of the new multicultural America to care about them, do you?
